The Hare Restaurant is now owned by John and Nicholas Kirby and Bruno Gautier, who together share a love for fine food and wine. Bruno is a restaurateur of many years experience and is already a familiar face at the front of house, ensuring you a friendly welcome and attentive, but relaxed service.
The success of The Hare is due in no small part to having a dedicated team working together from the kitchen to the dining rooms and bar. The results speak for themselves.
