Our Preferred Suppliers
Sheepdrove is a local organic farm. We share their ethics and source as much of our produce from them as possible.
All our wines are selected by ourselves and the specialist wine team of Matthew Clark.
The restaurant offers a comprehensive wine list of some 60 wines. The Hare also has a special relationship with the Champagne House Piper Heidsieck in Reims. The complete range of Piper and Charles Heidsieck Champagnes are displayed, and of course are for sale at the restaurant.
