All our wines are selected by ourselves and the specialist wine team of Matthew Clark.
The restaurant offers a comprehensive wine list of some 60 wines.The Hare also has a special relationship with the Champagne House Piper Heidsieck in Reims. The complete range of Piper and Charles Heidsieck Champagnes are displayed, and of course are for sale at the restaurant.
